Summer 2024

  • $275/night - 3 nights minimum stay.
  • Full payment due 10 days prior to arrival.
  • A refundable $250 security/damage deposit due with reservation


Cancellation Policy:
In the event you need to cancel your reservations, your initial deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 10 days before scheduled stay.
 
Other Policies:
No Pets
No smoking inside cottage
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise down after 10 pm.
